My brother, Brian (who I asked if I could create this group) really needs some financial help to hopefully gain custody of his son. I really want to avoid the nasty and dirty details and I REALLY hate to air troubles out there for everyone, but we just aren't sure of any other way to do this.

You see, Brian has a son who is 14 months old now. He has never gotten to see him. The boy's mother has been hiding him and being EXTREMELY deceitful about Brian getting to see his son.

Today, May 24th, Brian has finally seen a glimpse of hope in almost 2 YEARS of the battle for his son. This has been going on since before Beckham, his son, was born. Today, a judge ruled that Brian is the father (which was never really under debate, but she had someone else sign the birth certificate) and has the right to his son! Victory!!
I cannot go into the absolutely horrific details on this, but Brian now has to get psychological evaluation on the parties involved, which is going to cost anywhere from $6,000 to $8,000 total, of which he's responsible for half. So, I would like to help Brian be fully united with his son and win his court cases here. He's already been pouring any money he makes into paying lawyer(s) to fight on his behalf and really has no idea where this money will come from. I put my faith in you. I believe you have a little that can help Brian. I know you want details and I'm sorry to keep them private, but those of you who know the story around this know what an awful situation he's in where he is dealing with who he is having to deal with.

For those that don't know, please just understand that Beckham is NOT in a good situation right now. In fact, quite the opposite. The judge seems very close to granting Brian full custody of his son - it's THAT bad...
So please, even if it's $5, $10, or whatever you can do to help, we REALLY appreciate it. I have been watching Brian for the past couple of years REALLY struggle with this situation and am really rooting for him in this one! Take a moment... Please. Donate. Thank you for understanding and for your generous help!! It's truly going to a good cause.
