Umi Children's Shoes {New Spring Line} Review & Giveaway

I absolutely love working with Umi because they have the cutest children's shoes! Great quality- they seem to hold up much longer than any of the other shoes in their drawers. They are definitely worth the price! Of course my little tip is always make sure you check each month for their "Deal of the Month" because you can get a pair of their cute shoes for a steal of a price! (If you're looking for boy's shoes be sure to check out their February Deal of the Month http://bit.ly/Pgz4rd)

The new Spring Line is to die for! I love all their cute little girly shoes and sandals. Of course they also have some great boys shoes but only having one who's not really walking yet and three older girls I've always been drawn to the cuteness of girls clothes, accessories and shoes. When my little boy gets a little older (right now he won't really keep shoes on) he'll definitely be decked out and stylish in a few pairs of Umi shoes.

Umi graciously sent us two pairs of shoes to review.

Review:

The pair pictured that my four year old is wearing are called the Naomii shoes in pink. The first thing I noticed when I took them out of the box was their sturdiness, they have rubbery soles. These are not your typical play or dress shoes. They are dressy enough to throw on with a skirt or little sun dress but tough enough to go jumping and playing in. I love all the little attention to detail that Umi gives to their shoes. Just the little addition of a lace look on the front and back of these shoes makes them a bit dressier. The stretchy band across the top helps these shoes stay on but keeps them comfortable at the same time. We have loved all of the shoes we've gotten from Umi but I think these are probably our favorites. The Naomii shoes come in a toddler size 8 to a big girl 4 and retail for $50-55 depending on size. You can also grab these in a cute neon green color.
Umi Guiselle 11 340001 The second pair of shoes Umi sent us my seven year old daughter picked out. She chose the Giselle Ii in the Blue Multi pattern. I'm pretty sure that once we start seeing some nicer weather my daughter will be living in these sandals! Her favorite color is blue so she was immediately drawn to the blue polka dot pattern on the straps and I love the little extra detail with the big bright yellow flower attached to the side. Anyone can do a simple blue strap sandal but Umi goes the extra mile with their detail, and speaking of extra detail the soles of these cute sandals are bright yellow! I love it, these shoes can be spotted a mile away if taken off, so we won't be loosing these shoes anytime soon. Oh and not just a plain bright yellow sole but a sole with tiny little flowers all over the bottom. The attention to detail is amazing and well worth the price! When it comes to sandals I don't usually expect them to last too long especially with the way my kids play in them but I know Umi won't disappoint and these will be around for a long time. The straps are made of a clothy type material but the soles make these shoes built to last. These shoes are available in a toddler sizes 13 to a big girl 3 and retail for $45. They are also available in a pink multi pattern with an orange flower.
