I WAS RIGHT!!

I just got a phone call from Catalina this morning asking for my mailing address so they could send me my $15 Catalina coupons from the Albertsons $30 promo (this was on the first transaction I originally did last week). I was so happy when I got off the phone, just to be right! Now I know for sure that Albertsons is totally wrong in telling their customers that it's the fault of the coupons that the Catalina coupons did not print, so do not let them tell you that!

  2. The cashier we were dealing with at customer service was really rude and incredibly loud- she was definitely drawing a lot of attention to herself while I was arguing her on this.

  3. I'm glad you got it worked out! It can be a hassle to have to go through catalina, but it's worth the $15 to have it done right. Did you have any luck with your Target?
