Cradle Rock Kid’s CD {Review & Giveaway}

We received three of the Cradle Rock CD’s from Brash Music and Tree Top Records, Michael Jackson “Thrillbaby”, Kenny Chesney “No Shoes, No Diaper…Might Be A Problem”, and Johnny Cash “I Crawl the Line”.

We have a two year old who pretty much refuses to take a nap and has a hard time at bedtime so I thought these would be perfect but turns out they are too much of a distraction she just gets out of bed and tries to play with the CD player. However they are still great CD’s and she’s actually enjoyed listening to them in the car. It’s nice to have a break sometimes from the loud words and silly music of kid’s songs. I actually really enjoyed listening to the Michael Jackson CD because it was fun to hear songs that I knew played with unique instruments, the glockenspiel is featured in every song. I thought I was a big fan of country music but I played the other two CD’s and only recognized one maybe two songs but the tunes were still nice. My favorite song was Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean”.

These CD’s would probably be great for little ones in cribs that can’t get out and turn the music off :) and they are also fun for adults to listen too. I’d suggest adding this to your list for a fun and unique baby shower or holiday gift for those with little ones.
