Disney will replace your damaged DVD’s or Blu-ray Discs for only $6.95.

US Consumers:

Please send the damaged disc(s), a check or money order for $6.95 per disc (made payable to WDSHE) and a completed Disc Replacement Form to:

(Limit: One replacement per TITLE per calendar year- so you can’t send in your broken Princes and the Frog DVD or another title, in February and then send it in again in June- LOL- that just means you should keep it out of the hands of your kids if it’s getting broken that quickly.)
