The Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla I received to try had a diving scent and added a high quality taste to my chocolate chip cookies. The Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Sugar was so yummy!! I actually ate it just by itself at first but then ended up adding it to my oatmeal and it was perfect, much better than just adding brown sugar because it add that extra special taste of vanilla. I would definitely suggest purchasing the cookbook A Century of Flavor, the recipes sound to die for and it meets my number one requirement in a cookbook- it has lots of beautiful pictures!
