I know I was a little late weighing in last week and didn’t post until Sunday so it hasn’t been a full week for me but I wanted to get back on my normal Thursday post. So having had it not be a full week I’m vey happy with my progress! I haven’t really been motivated to do much of anything since I got home from vacation. The weather is yucky here- rainy gray skies and I left two of my kids on vacation with their grandparents so it makes me just want to go back! However, my mom has been dragging me to the gym everyday and I’ve been eating much better than I was on vacation. I’ve even had a few days of eating 100% on plan with Nutrisystem, which can sometimes be hard to do.So
I’m happy to announce that after a few days of yummy Nutrisystem Blueberry Muffins for breakfast and chocolate- yes I’m eating chocolate for lunch with a salad on the side- Nutrisystem’s Double Chocolate Caramel Bar is my favorite- that I’m down quite a bit of weight.
I knew it wouldn’t be too hard because I was eating horribly the last two weeks so going back to working out and eating good would be a big help for my body, but I’m close to losing as much as I did the first week I was on Nutrisystem! YAY!! I probably would matched it if not more if I had given week 23 a full week too.

Goal Weight: 125 – only 7.5llbs left to go!
TOTAL LOST: 20 lbs.
So while that vacation was definitely a setback for me and I’m not back to what I was at week 21 I’m getting closer and hopefully by next week I’ll have lost more than 1.6lbs to get me below my low weigh-in at week 21 and back on track! It always seems like these last 10lbs are the hardest to lose!
