When it comes to skincare and beauty products I’m definitely eager to try anything that’s all natural because all natural usually means it’s not going to be harsh on my sensitive skin. I’m hesitant to try new products because of the nature of my skin but the Z Mei System intrigued me.

I also received the Nourishing & Revitalizing Shampoo and Hair Repair & Strengthening Conditioner. As I mentioned I am always hesitant to try new beauty products because of my sensitive skin and my hair’s chemistry. The roots of my hair are genetically very oily however after being color treated and having used heat tools so much the ends of my hair are generally dry, which makes finding the perfect shampoo and conditioner very difficult- so when I find something I generally stick with it. I’m not going to say that I love the Z Mei Shampoo and Conditioner however it was nice for my hair. The conditioner was lightweight and didn’t weigh down my thin fine hair and the shampoo while it didn’t feel as thick as others (felt a little more watery and didn’t lather up as well) it still gave my hair a clean feeling and didn’t leave it feeling greasy or oily after my wash and dry. The scent was also light and floral and not too overpowering.
I particularly liked the Z Mei Purifying Facial Cleanser. It came out as a foam and has a light coconut smell. My face felt nice and clean after using and didn’t become irritated and red like the experience I’ve had with many other soaps- especially those that are scented. I didn’t feel like it left my skin feeling dry either.
I loved the Z Mei Exfoliating Scrub, which I initially used on my face but then decided to try on my arms and legs while in the shower and it worked great! The tiny little exfoliating beads weren’t too rough but had enough power to feel like I was exfoliating.
Z Mei’s Intensive Repair Therapy for Hands is my new favorite lotion, especially for those harsh winter months. I don’t typically use a lot of lotion during the summer but during our recent trip to Idaho were the climate is quite a bit dryer than I’m used to I was able to use this light lotion that did a great job keeping my hands soft without feeling oily.
