I know that I say this every week but I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for 14 weeks already! It really has felt like the time has just flown by which is great because usually loosing weight can feel like a long tedious process, and don’t get me wrong some days it does, especially when I’m not loosing anything, but for the most part this time has flown by. I’m happy to announce that I have left my plateau! So onto the good stuff:
Start Weight: 152.5
Week 1: 148.7 (3.8lb loss) Week 2: 146.3 (2.4lb loss)
Week 3: 146.1 (0.2lb loss) Week 4: 145.5 (0.6lb loss)
Week 5: 144.4 (1.1lb loss) Week 6: 143.9 (0.5lb loss)
Week 7: 142.0 (1.9lb loss) Week 8: 141.7 (0.3lb loss)
Week 9: 139.6 (2.1lb loss) Week 10: 138 (1.6lb loss)
Week 11: 137.0 (1lb loss) Week 12: 137.0 (no change)
Week 13: 137.0 (no change) Week 14: 135.9 (1.1lb loss)
Current Weight: 135.9
Goal Weight: 125 – only 10.9lbs left to go!
TOTAL LOST: 16.6 lbs.
My ultimate goal was to be at 125 by our family vacation to Idaho this summer (we are leaving June 28th) which I could still accomplish but 10.9lbs in only 6 weeks is a bit of a stretch for me considering how slow my weight loss has been recently. I will however say that I’ll be happy if I see the 120’s before that happens which only means I need to loose about 6lbs and in 6 weeks I can definitely set that as an achievable goal- however I know in the forefront of my mind my goal will be 125 so that I will push myself (but I’ll be happy with 129.9). All considering I am extremely happy with where I am now – I want to be 125 however I know the progress I have made in these last 14 weeks has been awesome! I feel healthier and I have more energy and I’ve found out throughout this journey that I am strong! I can push through and achieve my goals even when I get really tired at the gym and want to quit I keep going! My husband the other day told me that it’s all been paying off and that I’m much stronger then he is – which made me feel pretty happy.
I’m happy to say that I’m well within my healthy weight range for my height which is 123 – 146 pounds so I’m right in the middle there now and my BMI is 23.34 (healthy range is 18.5-24.99).
