191 Kids {Review & Giveaway- 2 Winners}

If you’ve heard of 191 Unlimited you are definitely going to be excited that they have a new site 191 Kids with shirts for boys! These shirts come in a toddler size 2T all the way up to Big Boys size 20. They are the same great quality of the 191 Unlimited Men’s shirts just in a smaller version. They are dressy enough to be worn to church while at the same time casual and comfortable enough to be worn around the house.

I always have hated the stiffness of dress clothes especially when you’re trying to dress little kids and these shirts definitely aren’t like that! The fabric is both soft and durable. I don’t actually have any boys in my house but really wanted to feature something for boys on my blog so we decided to give the shirt from 191 Kids to my nephew. For review we received the Johnny Martini Shirt in a size 2T. It looks absolutely adorable on my little nephew (despite the not very good picture- he didn’t really want to be photographed :) ). I’m also really excited that we received this shirt because we are giving my brother-in-law (his dad) a shirt from 191 Unlimited for Christmas and it’s similar in style and color to this shirt.

191kids was created in 2008 by Parth Sharma and Girish Karnani. After successfully launching their mens line with just $191, the two best friends decided to offer their stylish shirts for boys as well.

The inspiration for the line was simple: fans of 191 Unlimited repeatedly had been asking for the shirts to be made in boys sizes. Sharma and Karnani decided to give it a shot and it worked! The 191kids line debuted in Nordstrom in the Fall of 2008 and has since gained much esteem in the world of boys clothing.

Sharma and Karnani quickly discovered that the boys versions of their shirts were perfect for special occasions such as Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, Easter, or any type of event that requires boys to look nice but not necessarily need a suit.

In addition to the fashionable shirts, 191kids will be offering a full collection of boys items in the near future.
