Mini Play Makeup {Review & Giveaway}

I have three little girls who absolutely LOVE makeup! Of course they don’t like the fake plastic stuff that doesn’t look like makeup at all so they always turn to my makeup. I’ve allowed my six year old daughter and sometimes my five year old to wear real lip gloss and nail polish but I’d really rather they didn’t wear a whole bunch of makeup at such a young age and I especially don’t like them playing in mine. I’ve actually had to put mine on a high shelf out of reach in my bedroom to keep them from destroying expensive lipstick and other items.

 

Then I found Mini Play Makeup! It’s not real makeup, but rather pretend makeup so my six year old was a little disappointed, my five year old actually thought it was real makeup until she couldn’t figure out why the blue eye shadow pallet included was not showing up blue on her brush. It looked so real she actually thought it should be real. My three year old on the other hand LOVES it! She won’t put it down. She has claimed it for her own and even carried her little Polka Dot case with all her makeup inside to Costco today. She loves that she can sit on the bathroom counter next to me while I put on my makeup and she puts on hers. She’s definitely mommy’s little girl so she loves to be doing anything and everything with me and I’d much rather have her using her own makeup then mine.
