I’m so excited to announce that I have hit the 20lb mark! I have officially lost more then 20lbs while on Nutrisystem!! For me that’s a huge deal because there were quite a few people of the opinion when I started losing weight that I didn’t need to loose 20lbs however I am now in my healthy weight area for my height and weight and feel great! My optimal goal is 125lbs and while I’m not going to let myself relax on the weight loss adventure I would seriously be perfectly happy under 130lbs which means I’m getting so close!! My short term goal is to try and get to 130 or 129.9 lbs by July 1st and if I could see 125lbs by the end of the summer I’ll be ecstatic! I haven’t been 125 lbs since I started having kids 8 years ago (course then I was more like 120lbs but I’m not going to think about that, LOL). These next few weeks will be crunch time! My daughter’s birthday is Sunday so right now I’m working on making it through the weekend I don’t want to see any of that no change junk on my scale! We only have about 16 more days until we leave on our family vacation to Idaho and I’ve already got my plan down to continue to make healthy eating choices while I’m there. I know it’ll be more difficult and I won’t be eating 100% Nutrisystem but I am definitely going to stock up on my convenience items for breakfast, lunch and dessert.
